本日の一冊は、ニューヨークのバーンズ・アンド・ノーブルで見つけた、不動産投資のための用語辞典。（ちょっとマニアックですね）

建物の様式や各部の名称、取引条件、建築にまつわる法律用語まで幅広く網羅された、不動産用語辞典の決定版です。

建物の絵や図解、土地の区画の説明図、さらには不動産投資の計算式までが紹介され、じつに有用な内容です。

土井は今回、賃貸用の不動産を探しに行ったのですが、毎年ニューヨークの不動産が値上がりすると聞いて、それなら投資するのもアリではないかと思い、勉強のために購入しました。

ちなみに不動産投資の際の計算式は、以下の通り。

a building containing four dwelling units.
